Corey Haim is Sam, the new kid in Santa Carla who just wants to hang Rob Lowe posters and read comic books. Jason Patric is Michael, Sam’s older brother, who immediately ignores all red flags and falls in with a motorcycle gang led by Kiefer Sutherland’s David—equal parts menace, mullet, and peroxide. Meanwhile, Corey Feldman and Jamison Newlander show up as the Frog Brothers: junior vampire hunters who fight the undead with equal parts garlic, comic book trivia, and puberty-fueled bravado.
