Volunteering at the Fairborn Phoenix means being part of the team that keeps the theater running and welcoming on show nights.

Our volunteers help with essential front-of-house and event operations, including checking IDs, greeting guests, scanning tickets, setting up and breaking down events, keeping the space clean, and helping ensure everyone enters through the front doors so shows stay fair and safe for artists and audiences alike.

These roles may seem simple, but they’re critical. Volunteers are often the first and last people our guests interact with, and the reason events run smoothly. Your presence helps protect the integrity of the show, supports working artists, and keeps this historic theater moving toward full restoration.
